The fans in Madison are dedicated, we will give them that much. Nice crotch protector, dude.

Fantasy College Impact:
The Badgers went 12-1 last season in large part to the leadership of the now departed QB John Stocco (1979 PaYd, 15 PaTD, 4 PaINT). Backup QB Tyler Donovan (564 PaYd, 4 PaTD, 2 PaINT) played well in two starts last season. He is the front runner for the vacated QB job, but there will be a QB competition this year. Kansas State transfer Allan Evridge is right on Donovan's heels and word out of Madison is that O-coordinator Paul Chryst is going to wait well into the summer before he picks his starter.

It would not be fair to say that the Badgers running game lives and dies with P.J. Hill (1533 RuYd, 15 RuTD, 197 ReYd, 1 ReTD), but man does he take their ground attack to a whole new level. Hill is recovering from surgery on a shoulder injured during last years bowl game (Capital One Bowl, 17-14 Badgers victory). He is expected to be ready for week 1. Lance Smith (345 RuYd, 5 RuTD) is a very capable back-up. Make sure to keep an eye on 4-star recruit John Clay, he should get enough touches to see what he is made of. If he succeeds, he could move into the backup role.

Wisconsin has a nice corp of returning WRs. If Paul Hubbard (554 ReYd, 4 ReTD) can improve on last year and become more consistant, game to game, he will be lighting it up the scoreboard come fall. Starting opposite Hubbard will be Luke Swan (568 ReYd, 5 ReTD). Do not be surprised to see 4-star recruit Nick Toon getting all the chances in the world to showcase his skills. He is 6’3-200, fast and has great hands.

As for the Badgers TE position, Travis Beckum is returning to try and build off of a 2nd Team All-American Sophomore campaign. Beckum lead the team in receptions with 61. He will be a great target for next Badger QB.

Wisconsin has a great Fantasy College Trifecta in Tyler Donovan, P.J. Hill, and Paul Hubbard.

The Wisconsin QB better step up with the likely 8-man-fronts that defenses will use to stack up on PJ Hill. A top-tier QB recruit would have been real nice for the Badgers this year.
