2007 All-Pre Pro Pac 10 Starters Football Team (Preseason)

Here's our list of the 2007 All-Pre Pro Big East Starters Football Team (Preseason) based on last year's performance, the supporting cast around them, and the estimation of amassing Fantasy Stud-like numbers.

QB: John David Booty, USC
2919 PaYd, 25 PaTD, 9 PaINT
What will Booty do for an encore after his fantastic year last season? Well, he might struggle a little out of the gate as he gets used to his new receivers, but we still expect him to be at the top of the Pac 10 heap when all is said and done. Plus, the guys over at the Trojan Wire blog will be happy to see him listed here!

RB: Yvenson Bernard, Oregon State (pictured, left)
1210 RuYd, 12 RuTD
Bernard is already the third-leading rusher in OSU history and he still has a year to go. Bernard may slip under the radar a little bit because Oregon State isn't usually a fantasy hotbed for talent, but he may end up with the best RB stats in the Pac 10 this year.

RB: Justin Forsett, California
502 RuYd, 3 RuTD, 10 Recep, 116 ReYd, 1 ReTD
Remember Marshawn Lynch (1245 RuYd, 9 RuTD, ReYd, 4 ReTD)? Well, Forsett is the guy who gets to scoop up all those stats. He's the clear number 1 for the Bears and will get a ton of touches (running and receiving) this season.

WR: DeSean Jackson, California
979 ReYd, 9 ReTD
Jackson is one of the most, if not THE most, talented receivers on the planet. He has 21 TD catches in 24 career games, so fantasy owners can count on him almost every week. He also gets bonus points for leagues that include kick return stats as he led the nation last year in punt return yardage and punt return TDs.

WR: Patrick Turner, USC (pictured, left)
274 ReYd, 2 ReTD
This was a three-way race between Oregon's Jaison Williams and Oregon State's Sammy Stroughter, but Turner gets the nod because of USC's high-powered offense. With Steve Smith and Dwayne Jarrett out of the picture, Turner can finally emerge in his junior season.

TE: Brent Miller, Arizona State
165 ReYd, 1 ReTD
Brent's younger brother, Zach, had nearly 500 yards receiving and 4 TDs last season in this offense for the Sun Devils, and now it's time for the older bro to show what he can do. Arizona State always relies heavily on its TEs, so Miller gets the nod over USC's Fred Davis, who will be overshadowed by the RBs and WRs there.
